Rainstorm Pinot Gris

Gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. This allows for a wine of smooth character, with layered and integrated flavors. We age our Pinot Gris on fermentation lees (for a rich yet bright body) with a portion in large oval casks without malolactic fermentation.
